For Appointment

1.Make a reservation

Online reservations are convenient.

2.Visit clinic and registration（Fill out questionnaire）

Please go to the reception and let them know your arrival. Please bring your health insruance card.If you do not have a Japanese health insurance card,please bring a photo ID(passport,residence card,etc.).
If you have a medication record book,please present in at the reception desk.

3.Perform an image test

We will perform the necessary tests for you based on the contents of the medical questionnaire.
（X-ray , Ultra-sound , MRI scan etc）

4.Consultation

A medical examination will be conducted by a doctor. We will explain the imaging tests and explain the treatment plan to you.

5.Checkout

Payment can be made in Japanese yen or by credit card.
The cards we accept are as follows.
If you have overseas travel insurance, you will be asked to pay the full amount at the time of checkout. (Various types of credit cards are accepted.)
Please note that we will not bill your travel insurance company.

In a city where many foreigners visit as a tourist destination, we provide medical care with the desire to provide medical care to everyone. As an orthopedic clinic that is closely connected to snowy regions, we can also treat injuries caused by skiing and snowboarding. Please feel free to contact us.

What should I bring with me when I visit the clinic?

What is the payment method?

You can pay by cash（yen） or credit card.

How much dose medical treatment cost?

If you do not have a Japanese health insurance card, you will be responsible for all medical expenses incurred. Please note that in the case of self-paid medical treatment,our clinic will set its own fees. You will also be responsible for billing your travel insurance comany.
Please note that our clinic does not bill insurance companies directly.
