Make a reservation
Online reservations are convenient. We are available in English every Wednesday and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. For other dates, we are generally able to provide support in English.

Visit clinic and registration（Fill out questionnaire）
Please go to the reception and let them know your arrival. Please give them your identifications such as passports or health insurance cards to complete registration.

We will perform the necessary tests for you based on the contents of the medical questionnaire.

Consultation
A medical examination will be conducted by a doctor. We will explain the imaging tests and explain the treatment plan to you.

Payment can be made in Japanese yen or by credit card.
The cards we accept are as follows.
If you have overseas travel insurance, you will be asked to pay the full amount at the time of checkout. (Various types of credit cards are accepted.)
Please note that we will not bill your travel insurance company.
（If you do not use Japanese health insurance, MRI examinations and CD-R data creation without a medical consultation are also possible.）

FAQ
What should I bring with me when I visit the clinic?
Please bring your health insurance card. If you do not have a health insurance card, please bring a photo ID (residence card, etc.). In this case, you will be responsible for all medical expenses incurred. In addition, you are responsible for filing a claim with your travel insurance company. Please note that we do not bill insurance companies directly.
